3. Rebate Terms & Payment Structure

• Rebates are distributed solely based on valid IB commissions officially approved and credited by partner brokers to the Myfxrebate system.
• Each broker maintains distinct policies, regulatory guidelines, and transaction eligibility criteria (such as minimum trade duration, minimum pip distance, or specific account types).
• Myfxrebate is released from rebate distribution obligations if a broker cancels or withholds IB commissions due to:
  1. User violations of trading rules (e.g., extreme duration scalping, arbitrage, or manipulative trading practices).
  2. Freezing or closure of trading accounts by the broker.
  3. Unilateral discretionary policies exercised by the broker.

4. Technical Outages & Third-Party Broker Systems

• Myfxrebate is not liable for delays, tracking errors, or commission synchronization failures caused by technical issues, server maintenance, system bugs, or inaccurate reporting from partner brokers.
• Rebate payouts are processed once the broker completes data synchronization and commission funds are successfully credited to our system.

5. Use of Logos & Trademarks

All broker names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Myfxrebate website are the property of their respective companies. Displays of these logos serve solely to identify independent IB partnership affiliations.
