Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service)

1. Definitions and Services

• Myfxrebate is an independent rebate (commission cashback) distribution platform and is NOT a forex broker, financial institution, or trading signal provider.
• Myfxrebate never accepts deposits, holds trading funds, or processes withdrawals from your trading accounts. All trading financial activities are conducted entirely between the user and the respective broker.

2. Registration and Account Terms

• Users are required to provide accurate information during registration (including email and broker account ID).
• Myfxrebate NEVER asks for Master Passwords, Investor Passwords, or trade execution access to users' MT4/MT5/cTrader accounts.
• Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Myfxrebate account and the accuracy of the wallet address/payment method data entered for rebate payouts.

3. Rebate Calculation and Distribution

• Rebate payments are calculated purely based on the valid total IB commissions officially credited by the broker to the Myfxrebate account.
• Estimated rebate figures shown on the website are standard calculations. The final amount paid strictly follows the actual commission reports received from the broker.

4. Limitation of Liability for Third Parties (Brokers)

Myfxrebate is released from rebate payment obligations or claims for compensation under the following conditions:

• Violation of Trading Rules: Cancellation of commissions by the broker due to fraudulent acts, use of prohibited strategies (such as extreme short-duration scalping/arbitrage), or violations of broker terms & conditions by the user.
• Technical Issues & System Maintenance: Delays, synchronization failures, or commission calculation errors caused by maintenance, server outages, or system errors on the broker's side.
• Unilateral Broker Policies: Account freezing, changes to commission rules, or unilateral withholding of IB commission funds by partner brokers.

5. Amendments to Terms

Myfxrebate reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
