• Broker Account Data: Trading Account ID / MT4/MT5 Account Number that you register on our platform for the purpose of mapping rebate commissions.
• Payment Data: Wallet address (such as USDT/Crypto) or payment account information that you input to receive rebate payouts.
• Important Note: Myfxrebate NEVER requests, collects, or stores trading passwords (Master Password or Investor Password) or sensitive financial details of your broker account.

2. Use of Information

The information we collect is strictly used for:

• Processing account verification and matching commission reports from partner brokers.
• Processing the distribution and payout of rebate funds to your wallet or payment account.
• Sending important notifications regarding account status, rebate transactions, or system updates.

3. Data Protection & Security

• We implement 256-Bit SSL Encryption standards to protect data transfer between your device and our platform.
• We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

4. User Rights

• Users can add new trading accounts (MT4/MT5) as well as add or modify payout receiving addresses (such as USDT wallet) at any time directly through the Myfxrebate account dashboard. Specifically for changes to payout data, the system will request OTP code confirmation to the registered email as an additional security layer.
• Trading accounts that are already registered and linked to our IB relation on the broker side cannot be deleted independently through the dashboard. Users wishing to unlink such accounts may submit a request through our support team.
• Users also have the right to request the closure of their Myfxrebate account by contacting our support team.
